Come on folks.

This app doesnt seem to understand what breaking news is. Instead they send you alerts to watch the regular broadcasts. Irritating.

App is slow and often does not update! Poor reporting of local news. App is also difficult to use and navigate.

I got this and the other local news apps to see whats going on in Orlando. Definitely has the most alerts, which can be annoying. I dont open up the app unless I get an alert, so, not sure how the entire app is in terms of quality. Only annoying thing is that whenever I click on a notification, it opens the article in Safari rather than the app itself

The same headline will be on - sometimes more than once - for days on end. Searching for something I want to review the app locks up.

Checked the latest version of the app in my prep for hurricane Matthew. So many ads embedded in app it is impossible to get to ANY information without dealing with slow load times. Easier to use the national hurricane center. Once again WFTV shows us Ad revenue is more important for them. They had it working but now with the latest iOS patch its broke again. sure would be nice if someone would test an app before they dump it on us. It is garbage and Im voting with my feet and going to the WESH app. It works and seems to have FAR less commercials. bye Martie, Bye bob. Original review - Live feed doesnt work; forcing portrait mode is just wrong; crashes when you select "contact us". Please fix. I need my daily dose of Martie and Bob!

Stories are grossly outdated by weeks. The same stories under US and world news have been displayed for the past four weeks. The big red ugly banner displays obsolete information Sometimes itll display the same obsolete event title for one or two days. When you click on the big red obnoxious banner to"watch live" content. you receive a blank screen. Also, sharing stories crashes the app. Used to be a decent app. Please update and test your news feeds and make your UI responsive once more.

This app is terrible. First I get alerts for EVERYTHING. What ever happened to breaking news?! I dont need an alert to tell me what to expect on the 6pm broadcast... Thats why I tune in. Also, if I click on an alert you take me to your website... Isnt the point of an app to take me to that and not have to pull up the Internet?!? Terrible. On par with bright house. Deleting.

This app sends me "breaking news" alerts at all hours of the night. I dont need to know what is going to be featured on the 6pm news at 1 oclock in the morning. Alert me if it is urgent.

Glad to finally keep up with your Channel

The app now jumps to the top of the home page every time I return there. And doesnt go to the top if you finished at the end of the article and arrow over to the next article. Also tried to contact developer and that did not work either. Wish I hadnt updated. Dont update!

When this app loads, it initially loads on the live video feed. You are unable to stop it or go to any other of the selections to view. Even selecting DONE or BACK will not stop it. Really aggravating when you cant check out local or national news.

It never goes off the live newsfeed. No matter how many times you press back or done it stays on the live news feed. There are other things on the app you just cant get to them.

Horrible app for iPhone... Should be wayyyy more like the actual website... Needs tons of more options for weather section and traffic is a joke...basically needs an entire redo

The app does not open most of the time. It takes 2-3 times before it will come up. I do not use it for that reason and look at other apps that do work properly!!!!!!!

This app crashes constantly; its a shame because I use WFTV for my news. Theyve attempted several updates to fix the issues, but havent solved the problems yet. Keep trying!!!

I love that you fixed the bug with opening but now there is only one other bug left to fix and its under the eye witness tab where you have live news when you click done it just goes back to that tab and will not allow me to switch to another tab like weather or horoscopes after I select eyewitness tab

I allow notifications to be pushed to my phone because I like to know if some serious news is happening locally, not to be notified of tv shows that are on your network that i dont watch and what time they are on, I have to sit through enough of that garbage when I watch tv. I have both this and wesh 2s app and wftv is always at least an hour behind weshs app and wesh doesnt abuse their notification ability by advertising, they stick to just the news.

Weather section is non functional.

Once the fun spot pop up ad comes up youre done. Keeps coming back and blocking stories. I hoped the update would be better but now its next to useless. Time to find another Orlando news app.
